You won't be able to go up the path to the west, it's a one way trail down. To the right of Hiker Ross is a Sky Trainer on a cliff. Talk to the Abomasnow to obtain Abomasite. You'll hit a rock that allows you to slide south to the TM. Use this tile to reach a Hyper Potion, then step on the tile again to return to the last area. At the top of the stairs is another large ice path. The next stop is Geosenge Town. You will not be able to use your Bicycle or Roller Skates within this cave. The arrow will take you to another green warp panel. Once you step on them, you will slide until you hit a rock or a wall. Take the elevator near the starting area of Lysandre Labs to reach B2F.
